Upgraded Delivery & Clean Up
Drop off, setup, premium buffet equipment, and clean up. We bring your catered items right to the event venue. Delivered hot and set up ready to serve. Our upgraded delivery & clean up includes our best service equipment that we will setup, fuel and clean up when your event concludes. The price of our delivery service is 15% of the food and beverage total.
We provide trained staff to set up, service, and clean up after the event.
Old City Hall Events & Catering will also provide buffet tables, high-quality service equipment, an attractively decorated buffet, and high-quality disposable tableware. (China is an extra charge)
Price for full service is 20% of food and beverage total, this includes 4 hours for food set up and buffet style service and clean up.
Old City Hall Events & Catering will also provide food service equipment, table coverings (if required) chafing dishes, serving utensils, and any other items that may be needed during the course of service. Service times will be adjusted for larger events. Additional labor may be required depending on your event’s length or style of service.
If guest table service is required, extra labor will be charged $50/hour.
The service fees outlined above are separate from any gratuity you would like to provide for the service staff voluntarily.
